It's the simple life for me

I really like the rustic nature of this shot. I'm wearing some comfies and chilling in my pixel pick up. It can't get much better than that.

If you didn't already know Aoharu is having a HUGE sale!! I cannot remember the last time there was a sale so make sure you head down and take advantage of it - ASAP. I picked up all the things I've been really wanting. Including this jacket. I have it in another colour and I thought one more couldn't hurt.

Also! There is a brand new release from Izzie's! I'm really stoked by these eyes. They come with prim options so that means you can have different coloured eyes. I personally love wearing two different colour eyes so I'm ubber pumped that Izzie is offering this option.

I'm also wearing the new Izzie's release for Fashionably Late. For the price of one you get jean shorts and full length jeans. Pretty awesome!

Just over the Bridge

I've recently settled down in SL again. I traded up my usual skybox for land. I'm really excited about my little parcel. It's a great piece of wood land with lots of water and great big trees. It also rocks cause I have a terrific neighbour! ;)

I picked up my house from The Platinum Hunt. I really love the build and the textures in the house. It fits my style and my land perfectly. You really couldn't ask for a better hunt gift. Thank you Clementine!!!!!!

A lot of my decor in the Awesome Blossom house is heavily influence by Madison Morlim over at StyleWise. She did a superb job decorating her house (check out her post). I used some of her brilliant ideas and added some touches of my own. Thank you Madison for getting my decor flowing!

My afternoon with Izzie

I had the pleasure of sending a few hours with the lovely and talented Izzie Button. She is a complete sweetheart. Super friendly and outgoing. We had loads to chat about. Our love for LAQ and Lara Hurley skins to our favourite summer outfits... It was a blast!

We decided to snap a few shot of us hanging about in her brand new "Fringe" top. I really love this top. I've seen it all over the feeds so I'm thinkin' you guys like it too. If you haven't gotten your own "Fringe" top head down to Izzie's now!

I'm also sporting the new skirt from The Spirit Store. I picked it up in white and I really love it. I love how it sits on the hips and it's a great skirt to wear during the summer. Odela's Fringe

Very excited to show you the new stuff from Izzie's and M O N S.

M O N S just released this brand new skin called "Odela".

I am wearing the "Odela" tan skin with the Odeal shape. What's really great about this skin is that you can buy either the brown brows and the blonde brows, whichever you wear more.

I'm only showing some of the many makeup options. There are 6 different eyeshadows and 15 different lipsticks. You'll be able to play with different makeup combinations for a long long time! lol

I am loving this new top from Izzie's! It's great for the summer look. I decided to throw it over bikini bottoms but this shirt could work with shorts, jeans or a skirt. I really like all the colours this top comes in. I'm only showing a few but there are tons more available at the store.

Of summer sounds and summer times

I have so many new things to tell you about. The grid is running wild with new releases and hunts. I have my hands full trying to keep up with blogging!

This hair is brand new from LoQ and called "Liqueur". Probably because it's so smooth. I love the gathered hair to the side. It's a great summer look. Each colour pack comes with five tones. Head down to LoQ and check out the demos.

I love love love this dress from Paper.Doll. It comes in so many different colours. You could go crazy trying to pick your favourite one because they're all so well patterned. I personally really love blue and purple and this neutral stone colour. It was hard trying to decide which one I wanted to take my picture in. Make sure you pick up Aria for yourself!

This are the newest shoe from LpD called "Lilly". They've been all over the feeds lately because they're awesome. They're a great sandal and I can totally see this transitioning into other fashion seasons. You're going to want to make sure your pick this up. It comes with a colour hud so you can customize your skin and nail colour. The nail colour even has a tint option so you can get any colour you want!!!

Brand new from LAQ is the realistic skin called "Alva". Alva is perfection! She comes with 5 different options in each skin tone. I'm a fan of the Peach tone but I'm considering going back for another tone. Alva is def worth the price and you won't be disappointed. Make sure you go try a demo!

Also showing the brand new hair from Shag. If you haven't seen the ad for this hair then you need to go look at at the Shag blog page. It features the wonderful Ms. Strawberry Singh and she looks great. The ad alone sold me on this hair.

The hair comes in many different colours and has the new roots hair texture. It has adorable chopsticks in the back that have two different wood options. When I saw the beautiful Poppy Panache post this Conner's outfit on her blog, I literally ran to the store. Poppy has exceptional taste, and this outfit is no exception. Thanks Poppy ;)

This outfit comes in five different colour options. All are so well textured and rich with design. I was hard pressed to choose my favourite. However, I settled on this one and I'm quite pleased with my decision. I love this wrap. It's so well sculpted and decorated. I've been wearing it for days.

This top is soooooo well detailed. I love the ruffle on the shoulder and I wanted to create the same feel on the bottom so I used this COCO skirt. The hair I'm wearing is featured at MSW as well.

Hair Fair 2011 - Part Four

This will be my last post for Hair Fair 2011 coverage. I realize I'm a tad-bit late but having just gotten back from RL vacation I figure now is better than never.

I was trying to aim for a french look with this hairstyle but I wasn't able to find any french-theme gowns that I truly loved. Then I remembered I had this stunning gown from Phoenix Rising. I decided to see if the store was still open. As my luck would have it. The inworld location is still available and EVERYTHING has been marked down to L$25 lindens. So, naturally I did a bit of shopping.

I was really excited about Exile's releases this year. I love the seashell, flower, ribbon combinations. All these hairs come with a colour change menu and an option to turn off the extra decoration.
